About This Song "Dandelion" is a song by the British rock 'n roll band The Rolling Stones. It was written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards and first released as a B-side to "We Love You" in August, 1967. The song was recorded at Olympic Recording Studios in London during the recording of the Their Satanic Majesties Request album. It reached # 14 in the U.S., doing better than its A-side. The lyrics are reminiscent of nursery rhymes.
