what the hell was that! the bars were all out of time and it sounded like gareth gates talking normally (all spazzed out and shit and stuttery) so why dont you write it again by the actual sheet music and do it well

I first heard it when I was a schoolgirl, maybe 15 or 16 (now I am 30), a classmate of mine played a simple version of it on my piano for me and my friend. First time I did't care a lot about it, then I asked her to play some works by Chopin, but she said it was Chopin's "Tristesse". She played it some more times, I learned to play it too, I realized I liked it a lot. I heard it in a tv promotional video about pudding or creme caramel. It's beautiful, it's melancholic, I like it so much... Energy and sadness, Chopin's music is contrast and harmony, I like it so much, and I like Fryderyk Chopin, my romantic hero. Maybe it's silly, but so it is.

I was sitting with my daughter after a TV show we watched. The next show, Smallville, came on with this tune playing. I stopped in mid-sentence. It was a tune I had been searching for - for years. I first heard it when I was 21 but never found a way to identify it. I was totally unfamiliar with classical music. I never forgot this tune. I've heard it maybe two more times in my life. I am now 54. I looked up the series "Smallville" on the internet and it showed the song played last night. I was able to hear it here. Thank you so much for making this available! It is the most beautiful piece! I only wish I could find more like it.
