The drums are messed up a little bit, and the tempo is way off, but it's the best I've so far.

Amazing!
I would say It's near perfect!The only thing i'd try to improve is the drum track, and maybe the tempo in a couple moments... the rest is astounding!

This is the best MIDI I've heard for Defying Gravity apart from the original orchestration. The sounds are nearly perfect but I think the rhythms for parts of the song... especially the tempo change sections are a bit muddled up. I think you need to rework the entrance of the song as well the section before the last verse when the chorus comes in. It will be good if you use a notation program to mix the volumes for specific points of the song. At the moment, it's not clear distinctive enough for instrumental highlights. Otherwise...Wonderful Job! BRAVO!

While it is spot on with the melody, some parts' tempos are either too fast or too slow, but the former is more important. For instance, the beginning (I hope your happy) is extremely fast. Perhaps if that part were just a tad slower, it would make the whole song better. I've tried singing that part and it is really hard to keep up with that music. Other than that nit pick, it is a great piece.

Truly fantastic!!! the only thing you'd try try to improve is the drums, not only use the kick drum. Try to intoduce some clear boxes and open hats (not only the closed ones) and your job will be perfect!! (or almost)

Hey, great job! Your attention to orchestration is astounding. Was this done purely by aural dictation or were you aided by a score of some sort? Only critism, maybe you should reconsider the instrument used for the vocal line. The instrument used is really unflattering to what is otherwise a detailed and great piece. Try using a synth track (like saw wave or similar). It should help make the sound clearer and distinguish better between the rest of the instruments. Keep up the great work!

This is a dead on version of the original! Sounds great, easy to sing to if you know the words, a great piece to listen to. I highly reccomend it.

I see where your problem with the flutes originates. Track 2 is labeled for "flutes" and playback is on channel 2...Track 18 is labeled for "tremolo strings" and playback is on channel 2 as well...when you made the change to tremolo strings in track 18--channel 2 was changed and therefore your flutes became tremolo strings. Clear as mud, right???
