Nice capture of a wonderfully composed piece. The harmonies basically stayed true to the original composition. I love the control you used with the miniature drum rolls, but I think the drum used was a bit too modern, too "synthesized" for lack of a better word. Personally, I would've preferred just a light snare, but that's just my opinion. Well done.

very Good, for video game music  (Cylun on 23-Apr-2004)
This piece is an example that denies the stereotype of video game music being "pointless". It is very vell engineered, and caries the march feel very effectively. The piece is kept up, and put into a somewhat forced feel, by the steady precusion and bell acompanyment. Throughout the entire peice, the percusion NEVER changes, which is for a good reason. About 3/4ths the way into the piece, the tune changes to the "sorrow theme" from fire emblem, but a slightly more stacato feel prevails. In adition, it is a briliant and inovative piece.
