how do i post an original composition?

it was all performed MIDI, but is now mastered and in mp3 format.

Towards the upper right, under logout, there is a button that states "UPLOAD A MIDI". Or, at least it is on my screen. Click it, and fill out the form. Or do you mean upload a MP3? If that's the case, then IDK.
