Am probably missing something very simple but when I download song (MIDI and MP3) it goes to media player and plays but I cannot save to computer or disc. Am I doing something wrong? Any help greatly appreciated.

Songs opening in media player is the default action of your browser. To save a song, you'd need to right-click on the link and select "save-target-as".
