I have Mozart 2005 (I might get the latest version of it if I don't get Finale) I have a Keyboard, and some software came with it. (link provided below) I'm open to suggestions and helpful hints on how to compose or reproduce a song in MIDI format. First of all, the song sounds like you have recorded directly from you playing on the keyboard. You need to clean up the song after you have recorded it - the tempo, the note value, volume, etc. I tried to open your MIDI in a sequecing software, the on-sets of each pitch are quite randomly placed. Open other people's MIDI and see the differences.

It sounds better alreaedy. If your song is intended to be legato/smooth, you can try to slur your background tracks. There are many aspects to a MIDI - panning, tracks balance, etc. You could be as picky as you want it to be (eg. as picky as classical music playing.)

When I compose, I use Sibelius or Cakewalk/Sonar mainly because they have more functions. They are easy enough for beginners to use too (but the price isn't that great for someone who just want to "try".) Sorry for the late respond (I wish this forum could be more alive though.)
