There's a new artist taking control of the Bay Area, and he goes by
the name of Chil Will! Born and raised in the area currently
popularized by the growth of its Hyphy Movement, Chil Will is focused
on diversifying the hip-hop scene there by adding his own flavor of
music to the scene! No stranger to the game, he's already dropped his
independent debut to fan fair around the Bay. At a time where
hip-hop has split and traveled in two different directions, Chil Will
is fighting to bring the two extremes back together. Making music that
maintains the integrity of the culture, while offering a universal
appeal, Chil Will is bringing the art form back to its essence.
