I've just noticed something about Chopin's sonatas... There are midis of his second and 3rd ones, but no one has yet made ones of his first one. This confuses me, to how you can have such a famous composer, who people have made tons of midis of all of his works, even his etude combination with Moonlight Sonata, but people have made midis of pretty much everything of his except for this one sonata... icon_neutral.gif
Then I came to some conclusions on why this is happenning... Is it because this sonata sounds really bad? Is it because the internet government deleted all midis of this thing from the internet to force people to buy the CDs of it? Because I'm making a midi sequence of it right now, and I don't really want to waste time.
Being the classical nerd that I am, this greatly affects me... icon_evil.gif

I still can't find it...
It's the same thing with his 4th scherzo, and I tink that's it.

There are MP3 of Chopin's Sonatas somewhere on the Internet. I heard of them before. Try to search hard.

It is extremely rare to hear Chopin's first sonata played/recorded because he wrote it when he was young and not a mature composer. It lacks coherence and development of themes, to name a few reasons.
