 - It seems to be two versions of this song. This one is the latest.
 - La Pera = The Pear.
 - eixa=that: nowadays, word EIXA is no used anymore, but in Valencia.
 - ma/mon = my: it's less used now.
 - Verge del Carme: a Virgin... i don't know more  O:)
