Chorus then leads back into the intro lead and chord progression until
second verse.

I'll work out the solo and other fills when I get time, but for now,
improvise using the F# Phrygian scale. Alternatively, any minor scale
in D will work (E Dorian, B Aeolian/ pentantonic). The lead motifs 
seem mostly to mimic the vocal melody, with a little shred at the end
for good measure.
