I Heard You Guitar Tablature
Band: Good Charlotte
Song: I Heard You, Track 9
Tabbed By: Lamplitr21@aol.com
Easy, easy song. Four chords and a three note riff all the way.
Just be sure to nail the rhythm with the riff, this sounds pretty cool despite it's simplicity if you get the rhythm right.

Main Riff (Intro, post-chorus, ending of song)
e-|----Repeat 3x----------------|4th measure of riff-----
B-|-----------------------------|------------------------
G-|-----------------------------|------------------------
D-|10--9-10-10-9-10---10-9-10-9-|-10-10-12--10-----------
A-|-----------------------------|------------------------
E-|-----------------------------|------------------------

The verses are all bass, but the notes are C, G, E, F. each is picked
several times, listen for the rhythm. They're played in a lower octave a couple times, and then he plays the same notes with the same rhythm
during the second half of the verse, but an octave higher. it'd sound
fine if you played it w/ a clean tone on the guitar.

Chorus Chords (C5, G5, E5, F5)
e-------------------------------
B-------------------------------
G--5-------------9------10------
D--5------5------9------10------
A--3------5------7-------9------
E---------3---------------------
During the various parts of the bridge, those same four chords are used over and over again. at "today I'll give it one last try..." etc etc, they hit the each chord once, letting each one ring. After that, they're palm muted. But it's always the same four chords, so just listen to the CD to find how they're being played. Enjoy, and email me if you want the lyrics. Lamplitr21@aol.com
